Try Everything

Back by popular demand our Try Everything workshop! If you have ever wanted to try aerial silks, hammock, pole, or Lyra this is your chance!


We have 30 minutes classes for $15 each, where you will learn a few of the basics, and spark your aerial journey!

Intro to Fabrics

This beginner course will get you comfortable with both aerial silks and aerial hammock. We will learn fundamental moves, shapes, and even a sequence!

​

No prior experience required, all skills levels and abilities are welcome.

​

Please dress in comfortable athletic clothing and bring water.

Intro to Pole:
Flow and Fundamentals 

This beginner friendly course is designed to get you moving to the rhythm, exploring fluid flow, and feeling confident in pole dancing.

You'll learn fundamental spins, captivating holds, and introductory climbs that are taught in our regular Pole 1 classes.

This class will focus on musicality while building strength and body awareness.

Please dress comfortably and bring shorts and water.
