Intro to Fabrics
This beginner course will get you comfortable with both aerial silks and aerial hammock. We will learn fundamental moves, shapes, and even a sequence!

No prior experience required, all skills levels and abilities are welcome.

Please dress in comfortable athletic clothing and bring water.

Waiver must be signed at your first visit.

​Low Flow Flying Pole
Get ready to get ooey gooey with this beginner friendly flying pole choreography class. We will build fluid transitions close to the floor. Expect slithering, sliding, and swirling!
​
Open to all levels, no flying pole experience needed.
​
Please wear socks to facilitate sliding on the floor. Kneepads will be available to borrow, or bring your own.
